PT Wira Agro Nusantara Sejahtera is Domestic company engaged in agriculture, especially the production of seeds for vegetables, seasonal fruits, and ornamental plants.Here are some of my main responsibilities and achievements during my internship:1. Participating in Research and Development activities to improve seed quality and product innovation.2. Participating in seed quality testing, including germination and vigor tests to ensure the seeds meet the company's quality standards.3. Carry out maintenance of experimental plots, including planting, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control.4. Identify and propose improvements in the seed production process to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
