The role at Fintrade is one of Strategic development of the company and its products. Fintrade is a unique blend of financial advisory and consultancy offering esoteric assistance in financial services, technologies and business solutions coupled with finance and credit assistance including but not limited to trade finance. Fintrade is a registered Financial Services Provider (FSP) and is a member of a financial dispute resolution Scheme as per the law and now licensed and authorized as a financial advisor by the FMA with a class 2 full license as FAP offering amount other financial products, Insurance products and other related insurance schemes via prime insurance companies and principles.

In this role I was responsible for leading the marketing campaigns at Merchant Credit. Using social media marketing I created better targeted ads for the business in order to bring more exposure to the company. Utilising these channels we increased brand awareness in the market to increase our customer base. By connecting with the existing customers we tried to understand the needs of our customers.

Trade and Merchant Trust Co Ltd (TMT) is financial services consultancy firm with a swift membership handling business consultancy services to wholesale clients and Financial Banks and Institutions looking to send Swift messaging to banks globally. In my role as Director of Marketing I deal with discerning clients including but not limited to Banks and Financial Institutions globally and onboard them enabling them to be able to access the swift network for messaging.

As Director of Business Development my role is to receive all contacts and enquires and ensure that the sales team handles each and everyone to the optimal satisfaction of the clients. my role is also to grow the overall business an client base on the Institution

Eye-spy is an online e-commerce business selling blue lens glasses. I was responsible for the creation and branding of the company including marketing through social media channels such as Facebook ads, Instagram, TradeMe and Google Campaigns.Through creating the website we have increased traffic and sales. I have sourced supply from retailers and have grown the business successfully. Now managing a small team we sell to customers around New Zealand.

Within this role I was trained within basic accounting, balance sheets and invoicing. I gained insights into the logistics industry and operations management.

Within this role I was responsible for the administration functions within the office. This included invoicing, marketing, customer service and other adhoc tasks as required. I assisted all the teams with various overflow administration work.

While studying I worked as a chef trainee and project management intern.

Extensive training and examinations on front of house management as required by AUT. Responsible for day to day operation and management of the restaurant

Within this role I was responsible for front of house customer service. I welcomed clients and assisted with customer queries. I ensured all banking work was complete and looked after all ad hoc administration duties. I regularly checked currency markets and researched into currency rates to keep up to date.

In my first full time role I learnt the foundations of my skills. I was responsible for ad hoc administration tasks such as invoicing, banking, and customer service.
