In 2018, I had a unique opportunity to enhance my skills and experience in communications, media, and strategic management. The then-mayor of Mashhad invited me to work in the metropolitan municipality, which has a population of 3.7 million and attracts 35 million tourists. During my tenure, I managed public relations in the social, cultural, and tourism department of Mashhad Municipality. Additionally, I served as the head of the deputy mayor's special follow-up department and managed tourism centers and services in Haft Hoz's particular tourism area.

With years of experience in media and communications management and a focus on branding and marketing in the private sector, my position as a consultant for Mashhad City Council's Social, Cultural, and Tourism Commission provided me with a unique experience.The rapid and profound changes in Iranian society required innovative, diverse, democratic approaches to urban management and responsiveness to the cultural and social needs of the new generation. As a commission consultant, I attended various committee meetings. I also established face-to-face communication with citizens, artists, NGOs and non-profit organizations, social institutions, and others. My role was to act as a facilitator and advisor in decision-making by commission members regarding social, cultural, tourism, and media-related issues.

Since 2013, Setare Forozan Company has been an independent company focused on managing the marketing and sales of Baran Holding. Their goal is to become the top choice for customers seeking excellence. During my time as the public relations manager for Baran Group, I also served as an official board member for Setare Forozan Company for over two years.

In the Baran group, I gained valuable work experience and skills. The company's focus on improving lifestyles has defined its competitive edge through innovation, creating a brand dream, and providing excellent customer service. My connection to these concepts and the daily development of my skills in the Baran group was akin to living and working in a classroom, where I learned by doing.As part of my role, I was responsible for managing all processes related to advertising, branding, and media management. This includes planning marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, content marketing, social media management, media and press communications, event management, and more.

My initial employment was with Binalod New Town Development Company (Ministry of Urban Development), where I began in public relations and media. Despite graduating from university with a degree in political science, my interest, field of study, and skills in communication, writing, and journalism steered me towards a career in public relations, media, and marketing for several years.

While in my last year of college, I landed my first job in the private sector as a sales manager at Iran Khab Industries. Despite my lack of experience, this position allowed me to discover my passion for marketing and sales.
