Reza Nurdiana is a Bachelor of Economics, Department of Resources and Environmental Economics at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB University). I have studied essential knowledge related to econometrics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, upstream-to-downstream agriculture production, resources, environmental management, etc. I learn how to make strategy or policy options balance economic and environmental sustainability. I used the analysis of cost and benefits method to examine the potential reward expected from a situation or action, then considered the total cost and benefit associated with taking action. It helps businesses to make decisions systematically.I have also taken supporting courses in the Communication and Management Department to support the main subject and my interest in business and people management. I trained my formal study by implementing the theory in the organization. During my study, I joined the world's largest youth-run organization developing the leadership potential of young people “AIESEC” and sports organization “UKM Panahan IPB”. I learn many skills, such as communication, critical thinking, teamwork, striving for excellence, public speaking, and leadership. Through constantly learning and applying the skill, I climbed to be EWA (Engagement With Aiesec) Coordinator in AIESEC and Vice–Chairman of UKM Panahan IPB. I also love to participate as a volunteer and committee in student events. I have also been freelance on Agroedutourism (AET) IPB and working as a Private Tutor for Economics.I’m looking for a new opportunity to contribute more to the Business and People Management (HR Department) division to apply my skills and interests.
