- Consolidate all operating asset monthly perfomance review report from HSE, operation, and income statement metrics. Prepare Monthly Hydro and Solar PV asset income statement analyze and provide insight between budget and actual MTD & YTD and Full Year Outlook. -Prepare budget monitoring template,monitor and forecast all operating asset production cost, few SGA accounts and capital expenditure business process from work order creation, request of materials & services, tender process, PO etc. Coordinate and leads weekly meeting with related functions in each asset to monitor and forecast all business process for material & service required focusing more on small operating asset with <30MW capacity and above 100 milion line item budget of non routine expense and capital expenditure for big operating asset >30MW capacity. -Assist asset teams to find source of budget for unbudgeted material & services. Also ensure the source of budget proposed are approved by management through budget reallocation or business case documents.-Assist Asset Performance Supervisor in cost control process for material & service mainly for maintenance cost and Capital Expenditure.-Prepare monthly income statement from all operating asset and analyze IDR/Kwh cost on YTD actual and full year budget.-Assist Gas Engine asset team for engine overhaul preparation, regarding on cost estimation, source of budget, business process and monitor the execution process until work acceptance notice created and forecast the exepense timing.-Analyze all availabe contract from head office and asset level to shortening business process time by sugessting a contract amendment and time extension for all service required based on approved bugdet, also analyze for potential new umbrella contract.-Prepare, analyze and provide insight for weekly operation production report. -Assist Hydro Asset team to create cost and benefit analysis for waterway improvement work program in 2024.

- Ensure that all procurement of goods & services in Medco Power’s assets are on schedule and in accordance with the budget through integrated planning monitoring. Make sure the procedure for purchase/service request are carried out correctly.-Discuss with asset teams which item that are high priority that may have an impact in production, safety, company image, etc. And make it a priority for discussion- Leads weekly integrated planning monitoring meetings and also directing discussion on all assets regarding the procurement of goods and services that have been budgeted with Supply Chain Management Team and Asset Teams.-Assist Hydro asset team on template creation for maintenance work program task to do and monitoring system.
