• Planning production to meet demands of volume, quality and delivery in line with customer’s forecasts.• Managing production plans to ensure resources and processes are aligned with inventory, machinery, labour optimisation and facilitates the achievement of sales plans and production targets.• Developing production and preventative maintenance schedules, raw materials requirements, systems infrastructure, and stock levels in accordance with the Site operational budgets and parameters.• Maintaining the regular program assessment and providing risk assessment and Project Status reports.• Liaising closely with Production, Quality, Sales Support and Technical teams in relation to demand planning and sales forecasts.• Maintaining accurate inventory of supplies, stock replenishment and continuously monitor inventory levels.

• Developing and managing the master production schedule to meet sales forecasts and business requirements for timely shipping.• Collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations to clarify customer requirements and align production processes.• Analysing materials, costs, and workforce needs, and recommending adjustments to optimise manufacturing efficiency.• Creating and maintaining accurate scheduling tools for daily, weekly, and monthly production while monitoring inventory levels.• Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and troubleshooting issues such as staff shortages and equipment malfunctions.• Supporting operations managers in determining lead times, managing inventory, and developing replenishment plans to ensure raw material availability.• Preparing and analysing production reports, maintaining the ERP database, and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery performance.
