First-ever Operations intern within Prime Now 3P/WFM on Amazon org.• Partnered with steady-state AM to oversee and run operations (UTR) at two Whole Foods Market sites, including second-highest volume site in the network. - Worked to improve underperforming KPIs by gathering relevant data to identify root-causes and defining executable action plan(s). - Enhanced area readiness and cleanliness for safety of associates and in support of world-class operations. - Supported and managed over 400 hourly associates, including performing HR-related tasks. - Partnered with local and central stakeholders in human resources to ensure positive associate relations and to reach fair, transparent, and policy-driven resolutions. - Collaborated with internal and external partners to explore areas of opportunity that led to improvements in quality and efficiency of operations. - Managed and monitored several Large Scale Events (LSEs) by ensuring fluid communications between all internal and external stakeholders and defining clear execution and recovery plans during and after LSE.• Interim management of operations at eight different sites during AM OOTOs.• POC for internal and external partners including Central Operations, GSF PM team, WFM Leadership, and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).• Peer advisor/SME for local AMs on utilizing existing and new tools to further support efforts to raise the bar for quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.• Responsible for Manhattan, NY (8 sites) overall customer experience score.
