- Maintain good coordination & communication between QC team with the client.-Planning & monitoring the progress of all Inspection and Testing.-Responsible for monitoring every process involved in inspection and testing.-Prepare Documents for inspection (such as Drawing, RFI, Check Sheet, Test Sheet, etc.).-Ensuring inspection are done and follow project specification, code and standard.-Ensuring a correct implementation of the approved ITP and other document.-Conduct inspection equipment of Hazardous Area (Electrical, Instrument & Telecom) to ensure equipment is suitable for the area in which it is installed as per IEC Standard (refer to IEC 60079-14 and IEC 60079-17).- Verify Ex inspections and paperwork to ensure equipment is suitable for the area in which it is installed as per IEC Standard (refer to IEC 60079-14 and IEC 60079-17).-Review document for IECEx Certificates of Electrical & Instrument Equipment.- Collecting, fill up and signing ITRs, Completion Check Sheet and Test Sheet after inspection or testing.-Inspection of various Electrical & Instrument installation.-Review, fill up and signing Inspection Test Report (ITR).-Follow up Punch List and Non-Conformance Report (NCR).- Coordinate with Mechanical Completion team for Pre-Commissioning all system and sub system.-Coordinate with Construction Team for Punch List clearance.-Coordinate with construction or preservation team for maintain preservation of all equipment after Pre-Commissioning as per project spec and procedure.
