I was responsible for the Erection & Commissioning of Paper machines PM3 (170 TPD), and PM4 (270 TPD Fine Paper) with the Erection Team of EURA PAPER. I engaged myself with installing different types of Paper Machine equipment and also Design-Drawings of different Parts of equipment as Hydrafoil, Multi-Foil, Suction Box Cover Sealing Strip of Couch Roll Internals and Pick-Up Roll, Suction Press Roll, Doctoring system, Showering system, Approach Flow system (Pressure Screen, Disc filter Thickner), Steam & Condensate system (P&ID), Pumps, Compressors, Gear Boxes ,Different types of Drive Shafts, Guides ,Dryer Cylinders (Rotary and Syphone system), Rolls (Breast Roll, Couch Roll, Pick -Up Roll, Suction Press Roll, Size Press Roll, Calender Roll both Thermo and Kuster Roll , Pope Reel),Rewinder ,Sheet Cutter, Super Calender, Coating Plant etc with Erection Team.

Now I was responsible as Acting Head of the Department (Mechanical) for 04 (Four) Paper Machine PM1 (13 TPD News Print), PM2 (17 TPD Newsprint and Kraft Paper) PM3 (60 TPD Writing-Printing & Newsprint) PM4 (80 TPD Writing-Printing & Newsprint) and Deinking Plant (80TPD). I engaged myself in all types of Maintenance, Modification in Paper Machine and De- Inking Plant and Installation of different types of Paper Machine equipment and was responsible for Design-Drawings of all types of equipments, Process Flow Control Diagrams, steam & Condensate system (P&ID), Pumps, Compressors, Paper Mills & Deinking Plant Relevant Machines.

was Responsible for Two paper Machines (PM-1 80 TPD Newsprint and duplex boards & PM-2 150 TPD Writing-Printing & Newsprint), a Coating Plant, and a Converting Unit as a Charge which was already ISO certified. To supervise this Machine I prepared Machine preventive & scheduled shut down maintenance work program, also Supervised the shutdown maintenance work and design drawings, Process Flow Control Diagrams, Pumps, Compressors, and Paper Mills Plant plant-relevant machines.

Completed the Erection & Commissioning of PM4 (Writing-Printing & Newsprint, 80 TPD). During PM4 Erection I Was Engaged With Machine Installation & Layout Drawings, Maintenance & Installation of PM4 Machines (Paper Machine, Stock Preparation & Finishing) and also Completed Erection of PM3 (Writing-Printing & Newsprint, 60 TPD) and Deinking Plant (80TPD). Responsible for the Design-Drawings, Process Flow Control Diagrams, steam & Condensate system (P&ID), Pumps, Compressors, Paper Mills & Deinking Plant Relevant Machines.
