As a part of merchandising team, I am responsible to developt our customer projection orders and maintain this order by collaborating with buyer's and our related department such as Production team.My daily task include following below:- Developing sample with factory tea and control the process to ensure it is executed as buyer's requirement and deliver on time based on agreed date.- Product costing and do negotiating both with customers and supplier to provide us the best price for the sample and materials- Preparing purchase order and shipping instruction with local and overseas supplier- Analyze samples order data and material requirement based on Buyer's projection/forecast to manage sample room capacity and inventory control- Support the related team on factory by giving explanation and data in order to achieve the Buyer's deadline- Communicate closely with buyer regarding work in progress and deliver factory suggestion for specification and construction of the development sample
