He is the founder and CEO of Parakerja, Indonesia's largest startup dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. The startup provides job training for disabled individuals, and various services for B2B, such as outsourcing and head hunting, disabled employee management, sign language interpreter service, and sign language course. The startup has won multiple accolades, including The Most Impactful Startup in Indonesia 2023 by Japan International Cooperation Agency, The Best Educational Startup in Indonesia 2020 by The NextDev, and TOP 100 Startup in Asia 2019 by e27.Additionally, he is also the Founder and Executive Director of The TamTam Therapy Centre, providing occupational, behavioral, and speech therapy services for children with disabilities. The center now is available in South Jakarta and Sukabumi (West Java).He was named as The Most Impactful Entrepreneurs in Indonesia 2023 by Kumpul.id, recipient of the Mental Revolution Award 2022 in the Inclusive Development category, and Global Changemakers 2019.Prior to Parakerja and The TamTam Therapy Centre, he worked as Managing Director at Putrakami Foundation, to manage the development of four special schools in Batam, Tanjungpinang, and Karimun of Riau Islands Province.Rezki received his master degree on Bioethics and Global Public Health from American University of Sovereign Nations, USA, through full, merit-based scholarship. He took dual degree for bachelor, majoring Special Education at Karimun University, and Management at Batam International University. He is also the recipient of fellowship program on Civic Engagement at Northern Illinois University, USA.
