With a long list of external stakeholders such as Lenders, JV, and the Board of Directors demanding project status reports, the project control team had to be proactive and efficient to meet the demands. The project control systems and processes we utilized enabled us to employ a forward-looking approach on cost, schedule and risks status.Liaison and effective communication with the EPC contractors were key in managing the contract variations, and project contingency and risks.
