As the Vice Chairman of an IEEE branch at my university, I collaborated with a diverse team to successfully organize events, workshops, and competitions. Recognizing the need to enhance volunteers' technical skills, I established and led the development of Tech Teams, comprising a web development team and an embedded systems team and now we working on scaling up these teams vertically and horizontally, fostering a collaborative environment for learning and skill development.These experiences have strengthened my leadership abilities, enhanced my communication skills, and solidified my dedication to driving positive change through technology.
