As the first representative of the company, the Intake Benefit Navigator manages the onboarding of new clients and ensures the facilitation of streamlined processing of benefits for the people we serve.Initiate contact and process onboarding activities that include interviews, needs assessment, determining qualifications for benefits, setting care plans, processing claims, and follow through with each client.- Conducts case management activities that lead to obtaining proper financial approvals for all new clients.- Demonstrates success in the provision of customer delight through active listening, expectation setting and timely, consistent follow up and documentation.- Obtains vital documents while ensuring confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information while following HIPAA guidelines.- Works cohesively with outside agencies by initiating and responding to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of policies and procedures.- Schedules and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.- Reviews and signs materials, as authorized.- Performs other duties as assigned.

As the hub leader, oversee the hub's development, and serves as the main point of contact with Global Shapers HQ.- Establish hub governance by developing accountability mechanisms to ensure transparency, improve relationships and trust within the hub and create an efficient and responsive governance structure.- Develop roles and responsibilities to achieve distributed leadership either by election or appointment (for example, treasurer, recruitment lead, diversity, equity and inclusion officer or impact or sustainability officers)- Recruit new members that are diverse in terms of expertise, education, income, heritage and more. Register them on TopLink to achieve a minimum of 20 and maximum of 50 Shapers as specified in Hub membership guide- Ensure that every member listed on hub Toplink page has an up-to-date bio - Ensured the hub is a safe space for each member e.g.: intervene when members do not live up to the community charter, code of conduct, values.- Maintain a standard of excellence and facilitate collaboration in the hub, across hubs and with Global Shapers HQ to achieve your objectives and support global campaigns- Work with your hub's Impact Officer to implement at least one project per year that adheres to the project criteria and improves the lives of people outside of the hub.- Continuously integrate representatives from your local community including local media and project beneficiaries into your hub's vision and projects and better Hub external visibility.- Facilitate fair and transparent elections
