Work for USAID's Advancing Universal Health Coverage (AUHC) Activity, where Population Services International is partnering with Chemonics International. My key responsibilities includes-1) Analyze the existing IT platforms and assess case flow volumes to identify clinic-level needs to inform design of IT systems, identify system requirements, and develop standard operating procedures for Surjer Hashi Network (SHN).2) Develop systems requirements and specifications documentation, as well as appropriate vendor selection procedures that meet project procurement requirements for IT systems such as an EMR (using OpenMRS/ Bahmni), HMIS (using DHIS2) and Quality Improvement System (using DHIS2).3) Design and implement a health management information system (HMIS) to aid in standardizing data inputs, collection, organization, analytics, and storage across 134 SHN clinics.4) Support the design and roll out of the EMR system to provide better continuity of care for clients to enable them to receive services from more than one network service site and that will also feed into a larger management information system.5) Establish a network-wide quality improvement system which is a built by customizing DHIS2 with treatment protocols, diagnostic algorithms, SOPs, and monitoring feedback functions that track key performance indicators. 6) Ensure IT system design and roll out following a human-centered design approach considering the overall vision of SHN and establishes the continuous monitoring milestones around system roll out.7) Coordinate with technical staff on the project to ensure that all protocols developed meet appropriate national and international technical standards. Train, coach, and mentor staff in systems roll-out tasks. Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of IT systems best practices in SHN.Key Achievement: Recognition of Exemplary Performance in initiating the roll-out of SHN HMIS by Chemonics International and management of AUHC

Provide technical support for strengthening facility and community based HMIS using DHIS2 for MNCH and EPI interventions and developing guidelines for implementation. Customize, dataset design, indicator formulation and prepare dashboards for supporting different program needs. Organize and Facilitate Divisional HMIS Strengthening workshops and conduct continuous Capacity Building of Divisional HMIS Team. Assist in M&E activities of UNICEF supported MNCH interventions as per approved implementation plan. Provide technical assistance to district/upazila managers, service providers and statisticians on DHIS2 for timely data uploading, reporting, data validation and correction in all assigned districts including GAC & KOICA funded districts. Monitoring SCANU aggregated report and individual patient recording in DHIS2. Validate EPI Cold Chain data and monitor the online vaccine management tools. Provide technical support in implementing MPDSR in all districts, capacity building of managers and supervisors, analysis and GIS mapping. Technical support to DGHS for publishing HMIS and MPDSR eNewsletters. Provide support to a stretch program in Cox’s Bazar Rohungya Influx Emergency. Key responsibilities are: a) Design registers and reporting formats using DHIS2 for data management and monitor reporting from all centers, b) Monitor the progress of Health Care Center setup, c) Ensure MNCH service availability, d) Monitor special immunization programs and report accordingly

Provide technical assistance to Sylhet City Corporation (SCC) Health department to ensure successful implementation of the computerized health management information system (HMIS). Install and operationalize the Urban HMIS. This includes providing training to end users on data entry, report/information extraction, basic trouble shooting and system maintenance. Provide technical assistance to set up the operations and management system of the HMIS. Operate and manage the HMIS to support the health information system of the city of Sylhet. Also worked for the capacity development of the SCC staff and the other health stakeholders. Organize program review workshops and documentation.
