- Serving as a Project Associate for a portfolio worth over $1.5 billion, which includes high-priority disaster and climate resilience, fragility and conflict, emergency preparedness and response, and complex multisector operations.- Working as a liaison between government agencies and The World Bank Technical team to streamline project activities.- Provided technical and administrative support to government entities for participation in the 28th United Nations Conference of Parties (COP 28).- Working on the development of the project Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Bangladesh Partnership for Market Implementation. - Providing support for documentation, project management, operation and communication with clients.- Arranged workshops, events, trainings and study tours.

Spark Ed started its journey back in late 2017 - although, officially the tutoring institution has been operating since 2018. Over the course of years, the Spark Ed Team has dealt with more than 600 students. What started with a minuscule dream is now a prominent organization in the city. Spark Ed offers a range of courses for O/A Level students as well as junior classes (5-8). The team looks forward to further expanding its operations by the end of 2022.Responsibilities:• Collaborated and managed a team of 14 employees to create tutoring sessions appropriate for students' age, learning preferences and learning styles.• Tutored over 450 struggling, average and advanced students in theoretical and practical course materials in introductory, intermediate and advanced Chemistry concepts.• Created special handouts, study guides and assessments to evaluate and boost student knowledge• Evaluated and documented student progress and behaviour, recommending tactics to improve tutoring effectiveness.
