Delivered expert counsel to 400+ clients spanning ranks from Airman Basic to Colonel; drafted various motions and memoranda, saving multiple careers and retirements. Educate members on their constitutional rights across Joint Base Langley-Eustis by conducting preventive law briefs at base-wide and unit-wide symposiums, and newcomer classes.

Effectively led one of the Air Force’s busiest military justice sections in the advisement of 2 Wing Commanders, 4 Group Commanders and 37 Squadron Commanders on all military justice issues. Secured good order and discipline at the nation’s only installation comprised of two nuclear-capable wings by successfully prosecuting misdemeanor and felony level crimes.Managed and advised 109 criminal investigations, closing 29 courts-martial, 75 nonjudicial punishment proceedings, and 90 discharge actions. Increased the processing of nonjudicial punishment proceeding by 33% and the processing of discharge proceedings by 76%. Expertly provided legal advice to Airmen, dependents, and retirees regarding divorces, wills and estates, and varies landlord tenant issues. Supervised the legal assistance program for 5 months before promotion. Managed the advisement of 630 clients: saving military members, their dependents, and retirees $75,000+ in legal fees.

Advised the men’s and women’s golf teams and the rifle team on NCAA, AAC, and University rules and regulations with a focus on ethical conduct, amateurism, eligibility, and benefits.Efficiently monitored, evaluated, and documented NCAA infractions and violations while working closely with teams to develop and implement corrective actions plans.
