 Manage a staff of 500, including specialists, Suppliers and subcontractors, to ensure the smooth delivery of facility management services during pre-DLP period. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility management team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to the airport. Develop and implement facility management policies and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the airport MEP facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical, FLS and plumbing systems, to ensure the facilities are maintained in excellent condition. Coordinate with other departments, such as construction, commissioning, ORAT, MSI, security, and technical services, to ensure the seamless integration of facility management services with other airport operations. Develop and manage budgets for facility management activities and monitor spending to ensure it remains within the allocated limits. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.  Provide training and development opportunities for the facility management team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Utilize Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software to manage and track facility operations, maintenance schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate and efficient management of facilities.  Participate in commercial negotiations and contracts related to facility management services, including the management of subcontractors and suppliers.  Engaging and managing subcontractors or service providers ensuring that business disruptions are prevented. Raising RFQs to external companies and subcontractors/vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) or refurbishment works as per the requirements.

Key role in directing the team/contractor/Client to develop the test & commissioning procedures.Establish project KPI and monitor it weekly basis.Establish a Project MEP Completion plan and monitor it daily basis.Follow up and monitor all MEP subcontractors` plans.Follow up and monitor the project MEP close-out comments and coordinate with all parties to finalize them. Manage & supervise the commissioning of various systems including Electrical Equipment HVAC Equipment, Plumbing Equipment, Safety & Fire Systems.Working closely with the commissioning manager, MEP manager, and project director to monitor/Manage all site activities and all outstanding works related to all MEP subcontractors and Civil. Responsible for functionally developing, managing, and delivering the means and methods of the commissioning execution strategy & schedule.Assist and provide technical assistance during Testing and Commissioning for MEP works.

 HVAC commissioning, Testing and Balancing (NEBB procedure awareness). Design review of HVAC works. Perform TAB work for all ventilation and chilled water System. Perform TAB work for (ACMV) & Submit it to be ready for QCD ( Qatar civil defense ) inspection . Attend technical and administration meetings with other parties Monitoring projects time schedules. Technical office works verification with site status. Ensure the functioning of the timetable for the project. Meeting with the consultant to follow up the project work. Insure safety work environment for TAB team(s). Submit final report of TAB works.
