As a client/project lead at BBC it's my task to coordinate, support, and follow up marketing projects of allsorts, both internal and external. That means writing briefings, communicating with customers, planningthe creatives, reviewing the finished product, and so on.I also take an active role in some of our digital initiatives like the building and implementing of Hubspotcampaigns, testing AI tools, internal IT policy, and so forth.

In July 2022, I transferred to the Corporate Global Marketing team where I was responsible for growing the marketing funnel of our point solution software. My duties included, among others, creating & coordinating outbound campaigns & communications to promote our products, improving Esko's market share in low-coverage segments, organising (partner) events for existing & potentially new customers, following up on internal communications regarding our marketing initiatives and trainings, etc. In short, I was responsible for maintaining and strengthening the point solution funnel at Esko, and this by establishing and supporting external (e.g. campaigns) and internal (e.g. project management, content, trial processes) initiatives.

As Sales Lead Coordinator, I was responsible for following up marketing leads and passing qualified leads from pre-sales to sales. This involved liaising with customers from 10 different countries in 3 different languages, keeping up to date with Esko's broad software and hardware portfolio, organising demos, supporting marketing initiatives, etc. I was also able to work on training colleagues and new team members (including my replacements) and implementing a new sales engagement tool, Xant Playbooks, within and outside the Lead Coordination team.

I was shop manager and hygiene manager (food safety, shelf life, etc.) in one of Oyya's two locations in Ghent. I was responsible for customer service, opening and closing the shop, counting the cash register, and anticipating the stock count & (seasonal) requirements. I was also responsible for training new employees and students. While my manager was based in Oyya's other location (in the Langemunt), I was the point of contact for all kinds of current affairs and issues in the shop in the Koestraat.
