  Logistics Management: -• Route planning by combining loads of other divisions and freight management by reviewing daily freight cost.• Ensure timely delivery of Consumables/ Spares to E-commerce customers, distributers & dealers• Improving challan to bill cycle by executing orders daily as per route plan.• Collection of defective spares & consumables from customers & ASP’s.Warehouse Management: -• Tracking all outgoing & incoming material, recording and reporting all mismatch & short-excess received from branches, hub or suppliers.• Stock hygiene by stacking of material as per norms, loading and unloading as per SOP.• Timely reporting of accidental case to claim insurance of damaged items.• Taking part in PIC & monthly stock count to assure adherence of FIFO method.• Focus in reduction of primary & secondary detentions by utilizing all available space in WH• Resolving queries of dealers and distributes regarding material and dispatches• Provide support to Sales & Service community on pre-sales and post-sales activity.• Following up with service team to close category and inspection stock casesMIS & Others: -• Processing of transporters and contractor’s invoices• Daily Updating all delivered material in system, taking regular follow ups with customers for closing of return orders, sharing monthly stock count and stock ageing report.• Enforce company safety standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures to reduce incidents and create a safe working environment.• Provide regular on-job trainings.• Negotiating and finalization for non-contractual activities to be done thru Service providers.• Managing and coordinating with the transportation team.
