Bong Doung Thom was a producer of virgin coconut oil and coconut products in conjunction with small share-hold Cambodian farmers, also responsible for creating community-based workplaces that allowed disadvantaged rural and urban communities to realize social and financial independence. Bong Doung Thom was forced to permanently in October 2022 due to the impact of Covid.

Earth Twine was developed as an agriculture and food security accelerator, incubator, and education platform whose mission was to seek out and develop solutions that strengthen weaknesses in the global food supply chain, while improving the quality of life in rural communities and mitigating our impact on the environment. I began consulting with founder Nancy O'Mallon in December 2011 before agreeing to increase my involvement and become part of the Earth Twine team in May 2012. Upstart3r, formerly my3P, is a social-enterprise education network for youth and a sustainable crowdsourcing think-tank for professionals. Our mission is to provide youth with sustainable entrepreneurial skills and help them launch their own endeavors.I began consulting with founder Roi Patterson in March 2010 on updating the business model for what was then my3P.com.
