Richard F. Kubli (Dick) has taught Information Technology (IT) Courses at the College level since 1980. He was the College Campus Chair for the Information Systems and Technology College of the University of Phoenix at the West Florida Campus 11/2001-9/2007. Dick`s business career spans over 35 years as an IT Consultant. After managing a number of IT Consulting Practices for large Management Consulting Firms, he founded RFK Associates, Inc. in 1983. RFK Associates, Inc. specializes in the application of emerging ITs to the Enterprise. Dick is an experienced Project Manager for large multi-person/multi-disciplined project teams. Among Dick`s accomplishments is the development and support of "tailored" application solutions based on the Object Component Rapid Application Development paradigm. His Doctoral Dissertation, entitled Component Object Architecture (COA) --- Model Development Life Cycle (MDLC) argues the virtues of Physical Models over Logical Models as they transition through the traditional Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
