Ricky Flickenger is a Lead Resource Liaison at SWOP Behind Bars. Colleagues describe him as "Ricky came in to Sizzleworks as a studio manager when I was learning to teach classes. Although I assisted and taught hundreds of classes with Ricky, I almost never walked away from a class without learning something new, and it's not just encyclopedic knowledge of food science and cooking techniques, but teachable, relatable, and memorable. Many of our classes would start with a group of strangers, Ricky kindly encouraged interaction, and by the end of the evening, people would be exchanging contact information, making plans to take next month's class, and hugging one another goodbye.
