Manage the Training and Development Department. Consult with business units to analyze and identify gaps in performance, program requirements and develop strategic solutions. Effectively package evidence based learning principals and best practices into training materials to align offerings with the organizations goals. Oversee creation of instructor materials, design and development of instructor-led and e-Learning solutions. Develop testing and evaluation procedures for program content. Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with external vendors, internal stakeholders, business groups and subject matter experts. Manage and deliver skill based offerings including Impact Learning Telephone Sales Program and Legendary Service. Evaluate team performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Coach and arrange for personal development of the team. Design, develop and drive implementation of the company LMS (Cornerstone). Drive implementation of digital adoption tools (Walkme) with internal and external Customers. Develop and maintain department budget.
