Designed, constructed, and secured funding of drinking water systems for 10 communities in Chimborazo Province. Worked with local contractors and community water boards and households to support construction and develop future maintenance funds. Worked with local and stateside Peace Corps management in training in-coming Peace Corps volunteers.
