• Configured and maintained IT equipment for daily operations, such as RFID gantries, scan guns, access points, computers, and printers

• Took ownership of over 50 contractor cabling jobs and over 1000 IT requests, ensuring a complete and timely resolution
• Began working on both Cisco and Juniper switches, as well as Aruba and Ruckus APs
• Administrated Avaya telecom and DuVoice voicemail servers, including handling phone tree configuration, DID allocation, and mailbox management
