Directed a $1.5 million annual design-build contract: met with customers, researched code requirements, designed projects, negotiated scope, and supervised construction.

Kunsan Ab, Korea

Supervised six engineers and six draftspersons with a $6 million annual budget. Compiled database of 250 facilities and infrastructure to establish and justify future construction requirements. Presented construction budgets for senior officials’ review and coordinated contract administration.

Started my USAF career identifying, initial cost estimating, and justifying facility requirements. Spent a little time doing construction inspections, and then worked with the Base Architect on various projects, mostly managing design contracts and doing constructability reviews but a few were designed in-house.
