As a business planner covering Microsoft's Firstline Worker products (M365), I had the opportunity to lead the planning and implementation of instrumental business model changes to enable new growth opportunities for Microsoft. Additionally, I was also engaged with our engineering teams on planning the necessary changes to protect and growth Windows and influence the value roadmap for Windows Enterprise.

As part of the Device Market Intelligence (DMI) team, I was the analyst responsible to understand the device dynamics in North America, Latin America and the WW Academic market. I was also the technical lead driving the creation and update of a statistical forecast model for all regions.

Identified and executed on the opportunity to accelerate the growth for Sigma's premium brands in Mexico's Southeast Region. Additionally, lead the project to build a cohesive branding strategy for two of Sigma's premium brands.

Acquired small retail store and revamped its operations by expanding the product catalog, improving business processes, remodeling the store layout and better sales training. As a result, the business increased revenue and profitability as well as employee retention.
