As an Implementation Associate Consultant, I worked with other associates under the guidance of a Lead implementation consultant for a client's project, to deliver LabWare's solution based on client needs. By doing so, I was able to translate the client's business requirements into an application functional solution. To ensure that LabWare's solution is delivered based on clients needs, I assisted clients with their validation and testing stages appropriate to their industry. I was also given the responsibility to deliver LabWare’s training courses to clients so the clients are able to use LabWare's system smoothly for their business.
