As a Localisation Manager - Spain, I was in charge of organising, and supervising the translation and localisation of KAYAK’s products and services for the Spanish speaking market. As part of the International Quality Assurance team, I was in charge of general QA testing of the localised websites on a daily basis, as well as organising and supervising regular accuracy tests, always keeping a very close working relations with our different studios. One of my tasks was leading the International QA Team in customer service matters relating specifically to our different locales.
