Gary has more than 30 years of Finance and Marketing experience, which includes nine years’ work at Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. in the finance and marketing intelligence departments. Gary later joined Management Science Associates. a Pittsburgh-based, national marketing/media consulting firm which provided pioneering marketing/media/financial database management and analytical services to many of the largest corporations and advertising agencies in the U.S. Gary consulted with more than two dozen Fortune 500 companies and directed MSA Southeast US operations. Once he returned to his home in Louisville, he founded a private consulting firm, R.G. Stephenson & Associates. In his role as President, he provided financial, marketing and general management services to small and medium sized companies in the Louisville area for more than 20 years. In 1989, Gary and his wife, Elizabeth, co-founded Pathways Child Placement Services, a licensed therapeutic foster care and adoption agency, where he served as President/CFO & Chairman of the Board. The agency closed in 2002, after serving hundreds of families and children in Kentucky and Indiana. Since 2003, Gary & Elizabeth have been the Louisville franchisees of Gymboree Play & Music, the largest provider of child enrichment classes in the US for children birth to 5 years. Currently, Gary serves as the CFO of SkyWay USA, a High Speed Satellite Internet Provider which exclusively serves Rural America.Gary earned his B.S. Degree in Accounting & Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and his M.B.A. from the University of Louisville.
