Mr. Borgo has retired from The RGB Group Inc, a management consulting firm, which he founded in 1992. Over the last 25 years, The RGB Group has developed and delivered a portfolio of management advisory service offerings focused on strategic planning and improving operational effectiveness. In addition, Mr. Borgo has worked with clients to enhance their Consultative Selling and Marketing Skills through the use of expert based qualification systems and techniques. In early 2000, Mr. Borgo created The RGB Group Canada which led to an increase in global management consulting opportunities.Mr. Borgo's experience has been in education, organizational dynamics, business management, IT management, and management consulting. Prior to starting The RGB Group (1982-1992), he held various management positions within Digital Equipment Corporation's Sales and Consulting organizations that exposed him to a variety industries and their unique operational challenges. Before joining Digital (1979-1982), Mr. Borgo developed and delivered training and consulting for NCR on their operating systems and banking solutions.During his career, Mr. Borgo has been directly involved with management of client engagements for Zebra, BMO, Veolia, MMI, American Restaurant Association, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Loyola University Medical Center, VKM, Abbott Labs, Inland Steel, Aramark, AptarGroup, Caremark, The Tribune Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield, American Medical Association, John Nuveen Investments, and others.
