What is THE OBSERVATORY MIDI-PYRÉNÉES ?OMP (Observatoire Midi-Pyrénées) is an OSU (Observatoire des Sciences de l’Univers) and a component of UPS (Université Toulouse III - Paul-Sabatier). It is a group of UPS laboratories dedicated to research on the Universe, the Earth, and the environment, with a mind to the missions shared by all OSUs, including research, observation, education, diffusion of scientific knowledge, and international cooperation. Head of Business Systems in EMEA at WPP, - Define and build backoffice and frontoffice business systems' strategy with working closely with the global CIO and CFO- Implementation and coordination work of Finance, HR, Production, Resources planning, project management ... systems- Build and manage local WPP teams who will support local WPP OPCOs on WPP standard business systems

WPP and its networks are mainly composed of an addition of small and medium sized companies from very small (less than 20) to very large (several hundreds or thousands). Technology constraints most often lead the campaign delivery planning and can as well have a significant impact on the overall budget, scope of work and project timeline. •••- Build OgilvyOne worldwide Digital Marketing process for web site/application development programs from high level marketing strategy definition to production, budget negociation & management, digital functional & technical specifications, digital technical development & Quality Control & SLAs.- Make sure Nestlé's technologies standards, web development lifecycle processes, technical best practices, quality control and IT guidelines are effectively followed by OgilvyOne Worldwide when delivering digital marketing programs through web site developments.- Organise worldwide quality inssurance process and controls on any web site development delivered to any worldwide Nestlé brands- Play consultancy role on digital development on digital marketing programs for OgilvyOne's GBCs.
