As part of my responsibilities as the company's legal representative and attorney-in-fact, I attended to the legal matters of our operation, with the support of an external law firm.Restructuring the subsidiary, carrying out the launch of a new technology (Lotus Notes) for the Mexican market, leading a recovery process from a net loss of 1.5 Million dollars to 9.2 Million dollars in sales and contributing to carry out the integration of the subsidiary to IBM Mexico through an impeccable process and without over jumping (without losing a single technician or executive) protecting the investment that the company had made in people, were my most important contributions to the organization during my 3 years and months of service.• During my tenure we consistently grew sales to 3-digit percentage figures. In the first year alone we achieved a record 211% growth, all this in an environment of inflation in the economy of 60% per year. Concentrating my task mainly in the Sales and Channel areas. Included in my role was also to assist other areas such as Technical Support, Marketing, Consulting and Education. As part of my responsibilities as the company's legal representative and attorney-in-fact, I attended to the legal matters of our operation, with the support of an external law firm.Starting the subsidiary, building a reseller channel from "zero" to 500 resellers and 4 master distributors, growing in sales from 250k dollars to 15 million dollars as well as gaining and maintaining a 96% market share in the server segment against such a formidable rival as Microsoft, within a period of 2 years and months that I provided my services, are the important contributions during my management.• In the first year we achieved 126% of an "impossible" share, reaching a total of 3.35 million dollars. During that fiscal year we sold in the last 3 months 3 million dollars thanks to the support of the new master distributors.• By the end of my second year, we again "broke the mark" reaching up to 15 million dollars in sales, an amount never reached by the subsidiary since then.
