As a Researcher and Account Planner by training Rachel worked at major agencies --Ogilvy, Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer (now Havas) and Wells Rich Greene—before starting her own Account Planning practice. Covering every imaginable demo, product category and methodology, Rachel is known for her keen ability to distill data sources to discover transformational insights. She also excels at storytelling and bringing reports/data to life with actionable recommendations and video edits.Rachel most enjoys being an entrepreneur and developer of innovative qualitative techniques. She launched Video Chat Network in 2008 using video chat technology to bring clients alongside their customers in real-time as they are considering, purchasing and using their products and services. The same holds true for when people are having digital or app experiences on their computers, tablets or smart phones. In these moments, Rachel has developed tools to be right alongside them so that clients can understand the why’s behind the clicks and behaviors their big data is reporting.
