Provided Subject Matter Expert, (SME) and turnaround strategic consulting and advisory services for clients across Tricare Military Facilities (TMF) Department of Defense (DoD) clinics, and hospitals globally.

Developed and implemented “Theracare Outpatient Rehabilitative” programs from groundwork to profitable and operational business. Worked with the governing body, and clinical and administrative staff to meet strategic and operational goals for outpatient services and ensure business growth strategies.

Oversaw service performance measurements of projects within the scope of work delegated by APS commercial clients and State Governments including are Maryland, Maine, Georgia, Rhode Island, Florida, New York, and Puerto Rico as defined in operations Agreements for Managed Care Behavioral Health Programs and Services.

Developed, managed, and sustained relationships with members and UHC service providers. Recruited new physicians and managed the credentialing and orientation processes. Provided continuous quality improvement processes in a call center environment regarding claims processing, benefits, utilization review, and in/outpatient authorization and served as a liaison internally and externally.

Managed GW Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), and Business Office patient accounts with effective, coding, third-party insurance billing, and reimbursement methodologies to optimize revenue cycle management and financial growth performance.
