High Efficiency Power Tower - Technical Lead / Project Manager- Invented CSP system utilizing novel layouts, and working fluids- Secured internal Abengoa research funds to complete initial research- Created and led first Agile team in Abengoa for project spaning 8 months - Leveraged initial research to apply for and win $3,500,000 ARPA-E research award- Developed relationships and negotiated contracts with multiple project partners- Filed multiple provisional and utility patentsThermal Energy Storage for Parabolic Trough - Technical Lead- Wrote adaptive grid numerical PCM TES models for TRNSYS environment- Developed novel controls and designs for PCM based thermal energy storage systems- Worked within team to develop cross functional novel modeling methodologies and publicize those to the industry- Filed multiple provisional patents and utility patents
