We started from a problem that a healthcare company was experiencing and it needed to be resolved. We designed and implemented a business solution using the technology as a tool to achieve it. The technological solution consists in a mobile application to control home-care services efficiency by monitoring the health professionals. The central part of the project is given by the combination of different monitoring factors (e.g.: wifi network, GPS and QR code) that will make possible to determine if a professional attended the agreed sessions with the patient. It will also allow the professional to organize their visit schedule as they have a large list of patients. All this data will be visualized in a web application controlled by administrative personnel of the company 'Grupo Proyectar'.Working together with the healthcare company defining requirements, priorities, costs and road maps it is a great experience, along with designing and implementing the solution proposed.
