My functional group is responsible for the validation of new products and processes. We assemble cross-functional teams and lead activities to document the safety and repeatability of said processes. I am also responsible for aiding in the design and development of new test methods.

Following my graduation from the GOLD Program, I returned to my Parent Company, Vistakon, in Jacksonville, FL. Vistakon manufactures Acuvue brand contact lenses as part of the Medical Device and Diagnostics sector of Johnson & Johnson.

My final rotation with the GOLD Program rounded out my sector and functional experiences. As a Supply Chain Planner for Baby brand Johnson's products, I managed three contract manufacturing sites, delivering exceptional results in both customer service as well as inventory while contributing with numerous continuous improvement projects.I exceeded stretch.

The Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program at Johnson & Johnson includes three 8 month rotations and four dedicated 2 week training sessions held at the Corporate Offices. The trainings provide diverse experience to prepare leaders of the future. Rotations include all sectors of J&J and a wide variety of operating companies and business.
