I am a subject matter expert on the travel industry for our Online Travel Agencies, enabling them to be successful using Sabre's Web Services in an efficient and cost effective manner.

In this role I was responsible for practice enablement of our Enterprise Collaboration products and services in the Asia Pacific, Japan and China. As a customer solutions manager, I managed the ideation, creation and marketing of new services and products. I solicited feedback from our customers and sales teams to determine needs in our product and service lines. From the needs, I create a strategy for our new offerings enlisting team members with applicable expertise from marketing, sales, development and finance to provide feasibility and pricing for the new offering. I also engaged our technical support teams and business unit leaders to ensure alignment with our product roadmap and support mechanisms. Our marketing and sales experts assisted with the communication strategy and account targeting. I was key in delivering internal demonstrations and communications to create sales awareness.In practice delivery, I was primarily responsible for leading enterprise collaboration engagements and positioning the technology within target accounts in the Asia Pacific region. I oversaw engagement activities related to collaboration strategy creation, user adoption, business process enhancements and 3rd party application integration with Cisco collaboration products. I also led formal customer workshops to identify areas where Cisco Unified Communication and Enterprise Collaboration can drive business transformation opportunities.
