Led Sourcing, Screening, Virtual Interviews, Interview Compliance & Audits enabling ~1500 hires per month, managing ~ 200 people across 5 delivery locations in India. April’17 - May’19: I worked as an HR Functional Architect with the ‘Intelligent Automation Platform’ team, designing state-of-the-art Digital HR products on ServiceNow, Workday and SuccessFactors platforms. I played a key role in conceptualization and functional design of products aimed at digitizing ‘moments that matter’ for Employees and providing a paperless, digital onboarding experience for Candidates.
