Writing analytical reports on International and Regional Politics for various clients in Spain and China.For example, on the political situation of the independence movement in Catalonia during the years 2016 and 2017 or the political perception of Chinese aid during the Coronavirus pandemic in early 2020.

My main task is taking care of the people at the office by making sure they all have what they need to work comfortably. Over 2017 we have grown from less than 30 people to over 40 now.I am the only member of my team in Europe. The People & Administration team is spread across the other 2 offices in Washington DC and Manila. Tasks- Accounting & Bookkeping using QuickBooks: monthly approximate budgeting together with my colleagues in Manila, tracking and reviewing of expenses and invoices on spreadsheets, encoding on QB- Assistant of HR: being the main contact between the company and the HR firm that supports us (Delvy), giving information about getting NIEs, signing up in Social Security and in the Tax Agency, contact with team leads on their open positions, coordination with our Happiness Associate for candidates who accept offers at the BCN office, part of the onboarding in the office, keeping files updated in the office and online, - Being in contact with the office service providers: any vendor related to maintenance (construction, AC, internet), office snacks ordering through Ulabox, Amazon purchasing, decoration-related vendors - Organizing of office events: Birthdays and especial dates, yearly Day of Service, Katja Iversen visit to our office (March 2017), BCN office retreat (June 2017), visit from MBA students (November 2017 & March 2018)- Organizing trainings: Team Retreat (January 2018), Bikablo (February 2018)- Assisting people in the office: I feel like my colleagues in the office know they can come to me for professional (and personal) issues. I try to give them advice or point them in the right direction.

The manager position for the office we were and my colleagues were working at was empty and all the work related to that position had to be done by someone who was open to it.This position meant: doing all the work of the executive assistant of the director (writing emails, answering calls, creating and managing appointments) as well as managing the office (making sure everything worked properly, listening to the demands of my colleagues and passing them on to our director, supervising the work of my colleagues and paying all the salaries at the end of the month).

I coordinated the ongoing projects of the non-profit association. The 2-day conference at CaixaForum in Madrid in May 2016 was the main objective for my team and we were excited to be taking on the making-of such a big event.With the help of a Community Manager we updated the information on the Social Networks until the end of September 2016.
