My treatment interests include developmental, religious, and complex trauma, single incident PTSD, OCD and related disorders, chronic pain, grief, reproductive health and infertility, process addictions, and more.My approach is rooted in evidenced-based, experiential, and trauma informed practices, and is informed by neuroscience. I understand that many difficulties require a “bottom-up” approach. My desire is to significantly improve my client's relationship with the present moment while taking into account the role that past experiences typically play. Together we can navigate the beauty of the unknown, get curious about old patterns that may no longer serve you, and find freedom from what’s weighing you down.My treatment approach combines Relational, Psychodynamic, EMDR, ACT, elements of DBT and IFS, and involves conceptualizing the whole person through the lenses of Attachment and Family-Systems theories.
