A long-time Connecticut resident, my mortgage career spans over 25 years and includes Conventional, Government and Portfolio residential lending, as well as a past history of paralegal work in real estate, bankruptcy and foreclosure. I have a great amount of experience with first-time homebuyers, new construction and renovations, and with borrowers who need financing and/or mortgage advice as part of a family settlement or divorce; I provide the additional attention that’s often required in all of these situations.For most of us, our homes are the largest single investment we have, so part of my responsibility is to keep clients informed of changes in the mortgage market, which allows them to manage their mortgages in the same informed manner that they manage their other assets. I take pride in the level of service I bring to each individual client.I am an affiliate member of the Greater Bridgeport Board and Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors, and teach the only CAR-approved Continuing Education class on Mortgage Financing.
