To that end, I coached individual project teams to ensure that the projects stayed on track, while at the same time protecting the interests and the dynamic of the teams themselves. During my time as director, I continued to manage my own portfolio of 3-6 concurrent mid to large-scale website redesign projects as well as a high number of smaller projects for legacy clients.In my role as Project Manager I was responsible for driving the complete product development cycle of research, strategy, architecture, design, implementation, and testing. I served as the client’s primary contact, with a focus on communication and education.
