Worked on the Offsite Listing Feeds team to develop the pipeline that moves listings from Etsy to advertising platforms of external vendors like Google and Facebook. Additionally, I leveraged Apache Kafka Streams to write backend architecture in Java to monitor change data capture feeds for a MySQL database. Finally, I developed the Etsy internal API in PHP to process listing prices and shipping costs amongst other data.

Developed and deployed the company’s notification service using Postgres, Sequelize, Node.js, GraphQL, and React.js. Created Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to detect malicious web proxy traffic and identify malware beaconing.

Created a virtual environment to simulate a network of hundreds of computers through a hypervisor. This network was used to train an ML model to identify cybersecurity threats.
