-Organized a hackathon for over 70 middle and high school students in Orange County.-Negotiated an event partnership with Anduril Industries to support and host Hack OC. -Directly collaborated with teams at Anduril Industries to facilitate all parts of the event, from catering to network infrastructure.-Led 'Data Analytics with Python' workshop to teach students of all skill levels important career fundamentals.-Awarded over $20,000 in prizes including Framework laptops and 3d printers in partnership with Anduril to further STEM learning.

Coordinated logistical efforts for The Boreal Express (boreal.hackclub.com), an 8-day programming adventure across Canada.Responsibilities:-Primary point of contact for logistical inquiries and communications, both internally with the organizing team and externally with participants, vendors, and stakeholders.-Manage the event budget, track expenses, and ensure that logistical requirements are met within budget constraints.-Arrange the transportation to and from Vancouver for over 50 international students, as well as acquiring proper documentation and Visas as necessary.
