I always wanted to learn how data information travels from one place to its destination, for example, through web-forms or the type of reports that show meaningful data to end-users. Fortunately, I was able to pursue a career in Information Technology that gave me the opportunity to learn about databases, computer programming languages, and other important skills that are key elements for database and software development.I have four years of experience building database applications and features such as automating processes for importing bulk data, forms and reports. Also, I have experience with assisting customers and end-users with their needs, like enhancing their application tools for data reporting, projects, managing user profiles, data entry tasks, and generating reports including invoice automation. My journey includes customer support, where I had the opportunity to get to know different audiences with IT support needs, for example, from basic tasks such as assisting with login credentials, different browsers, network or vpn connections issues to complex tasks that involved networks, programming and relational-databases skills. I truly enjoy the world of Information Technology and solving all kinds of issues, but I am also curious about the why, how, things happen, and I like to find solutions to problems as well as learning more when there is an opportunity.
