Promotes risk-awareness and drives the effective management of risk and compliance programs and risk analytics across Human Resources. Manages risk assessment data and proactively seeks opportunities to streamline, automate, and / or enhance key business processes.

• Charter the successful launch of a Process Risk and Control Inventory reporting system which measures the status of process development completion, the risk associated, and control inventory • Organize and facilitate awareness of influential risk management trends amongst peers and leadership• Responsible for the oversight process of business owned applications and action plans for at-risk issues, as well as identifying and reporting applicable material risks• Advance the development of issue management pertaining to effective coverage plans and governance routines• Leverage Agile methodology and techniques to ensure accurate data entry of team members’ respective deliverables; the Rally system uses agile methodology to help prioritize and manage workloads and aid leadership in determining if the team is appropriately staffed to undertake various assignments and to produce deliverables.

• Piloted the Incentive Compensation Oversight Program for the second-line of defense (Enterprise Risk Management), which includes the methodology and approach for assessing risks within compensation plan goals alignment with regulatory guidance on Sound Incentive Compensation policies• Provided Incentive Compensation and HR oversight through established Enterprise Risk Management governance routines, such as The Enterprise Incentive Compensation Risk Oversight Committee, for which I led framework and standard development • Provided effective challenge during the development of the Enterprise Policy on Incentive Compensation and developed formal procedures on effective independent risk management activities• Demonstrated expertise when delivering Enterprise Risk Management items to the Board of Directors, such as the delivery of incentive compensation risk profile, and ensuring board awareness and the long-term health of the organization
