Managed 61 Ford parts personnel including wholesale, retail, warehouse, back counter, and body shop. Also had 41 drivers who were on contract. Also, managed the wholesale for Honda and Mazda parts. Utilized UCS (Reynolds and Reynolds) daily for managing sales and $10M in Ford parts inventory with 3% 12 mo. and over. Have been on every active Ford parts program apart from Motorcraft direct. Experienced in PSX for managing CRM activities. Utilized Excel extensively for managing inventory in conjunction with UCS and for purchasing other dealer’s parts obsolescence along with Part Broker Direct and Cash Discovery. Worked the OEC Collisionlink program to its fullest netting over $21K /mo. Reported dealer to dealer, wholesale, and fleet sales to the WINS program earning back ~$100K /mo. in gross. Kept strict adherence to the DPA guidelines to maintain the dealer’s earn back. Calculated weekly payroll for salesmen and reported it to the office. Managed the TIM tool to stock the right tires for programs and the dealer’s needs. Revamped the local delivery system by dividing from zones to routes and adjusted cut off times. Maintained a great working relationship with AER, OE Connection, Blue Diamond Parts, OPS, Diligent Delivery and other reps to grow our business. Other daily/weekly/monthly tasks included but not limited to, coding invoices, outstanding open orders, outstanding open POs, negative on hand, special order parts, ordering parts, phasing parts in and out, part number changes, price appreciation/depreciation, obsolescence, top 300 numbers, customer pricing, and adding new wholesale accounts.

Responsible for 40 Ford and Lincoln dealerships spread out over 4 different channels of business (i.e., Power Stroke Diesel parts, Ford Commercial Truck Parts, Wholesale distributors, and Common Chassis Vehicle Parts with primary channel being the Power Stroke diesel customer pay business for all dealer relationships).

Experienced in Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, International, and Isuzu. Instrumented troubleshooting on all O.E.M.’s with technicians. Worked hand-in-hand with owner-operators as well as fleet programs. Filled in at shipping and receiving when needed. Filed Parts Adjustment Request online and assisted with customer warranty claims.
